My wife and I met Art the owner, at a Del Mar Fairgrounds home and garden show a few months ago. I received a prompt, very competitive professional quote from him for my backyard project, which consisted of tearing down an old wooden deck and replacing it with a new maintenance free one, and then replacing the old decrepit lawn with artificial turf. The deck is Trex composite, the overhead shade area is Alumawood, with vinyl privacy lattice. I couldn't be happier the way it turned out! I was impressed with the professionalism of Art, all the crews, and the whole office staff especially Nydia. The deck and turf projects started promptly soon after signing the contract in their nearby to me office, and finished on schedule. Since the results came out so good, I'm planning on using them to replace my landscaping on both my side and front yards soon. We had a wonderful experience with Precision Landscape.  Art and his team were professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process.  We had a brand new backyard project that needed to be completed asap and they were very helpful satisfying all of our needs.  From start to finish beginning with the design, selection of the materials, and then the work on the property Art and his crew simply made it easy for us. Precision landscape maintenance has been a dream to work with! We’ve had them maintaining our property for many years now and have always provided wonderful service. Our weekly landscapers are friendly and do a wonderful job. We’ve also hired them for some design and construction work as well, and have had a great experiences throughout.  The owners are awesome and their staff is professional, helpful, and kind. We have been working with Precision for the last year to do our landscape maintenance. We recently started a few big projects with them, and it has been amazing. Art is very honest and trustworthy. We recently had a week long project completed in our backyard, which addressed continued excess irrigation issues from the attached preserve.  Art identified a plan to help remediate, which included removing a significant amount of wet and smelly mud.  Art's employees worked diligently to wheelbarrow out mounds of earth  for a new drainage system.  In addition to their hard work, we were most impressed with how happy the employees were.  They talked, laughed, and worked as a team.  They always had a smile and welcome when we would see one another.  Their demeanor demonstrated a sense of pride in their work and dedication to their employer.  In order to complete the project, large potted plants had to be moved and then returned  on top of large boulders added to the landscape.   We attempted to go out to assist in where the plants were placed, and surprised that someone had taken pictures, and knew exactly how we wanted things to look.  After removing debris, refreshing the artificial turf, watering, and completing any repairs, the yard looked outstanding.  It's a very responsive and hard working team of employees. Strongly recommend against using this company. They do not follow instructions, create damage by performing  unauthorized actions, fail to keep shrubs trimmed. attempt to charge for services not approved by owner and result in damage. Non responsive to  repairing critical problems such as broken sprinklers.
